Chamel's Creations accepts major credit card payments through Paypal's checkout process. No paypal account is required for debit/credit card payments.

:Shipping::

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2 - 5 days) within three business days after payment has been received unless specified. Some items are {PRE or MADE TO ORDER} so please review listing information for production/shipment information. (Please contact if item is needed sooner)

::All orders are shipped with USPS tracking and I will verify that the order was received. Therefore, I'm not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. I am more than happy to add insurance to your order, just contact me with your request.

Orders shipped to Canada/Everywhere Else will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Customer is responsible for any fees imposed by the country of destination. Please contact if you have additional questions or concerns.

Order will be shipped to Paypal address unless specified differently at checkout.

::Refunds & Exchanges::

My goal is to ensure that all customers are 100% happy. However, if an error was made please contact me within three days of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue. If a return is agreed upon, all items must be returned in "new" and "unused" condition and shipping fees are not refundable.

::Custom Orders::

Chamel's Creations currently accepts custom orders for products in quantities of five or more. If you are interested in a group or wholesale, please email and I would love to work with you.

{Hair Accessories}
All hair accessories should NOT be machine washed. Lightly spot clean with mild soap and water or a spot remover such as a Tide Pen.

{Wristlets/Clutches/Pouches}
Spot clean or machine wash cold, lay flat to dry, medium low iron as needed. Fabric Scotchguard used to help repel stains.

{Faux Leather Wristlets/Tote Bags}
Spot clean or handwash/lay flat to dry. Cotton/canvas portion of bag can be ironed to release wrinkles. Fabric Scotchguard used to help repel stains.

{Magnets}
Magnets are water resistant, but not water proof. Clean with damp cloth. Magnets are very strong and should be kept away from children, animals, electronics, and individuals with pacemakers!
